chocolate_truffles.jpgFinally, a long-running study confirms that chocolate is good for you.  Apparently, the flavanoids in cocoa beans lower your blood pressure.

Well duh.  Women have known for years that chocolate is good for you! Why do you think we eat so much of it? (Wink wink, nudge nudge.)

Obviously, don’t eat too much or you’ll get fat, blah blah blah.  That said, go out and eat yourself a piece of dark chocolate today.  After all, it’s Fat Tuesday, and after all, it’s good for you!

PS – if that picture doesn’t make you at least a little bit hungry, you’re just not human.
